  1. How do I drop or withdraw from an online course? 

Dropping a course must be done before the first scheduled day of class. If a withdrawal is necessary after the start date, it must be completed by the 14th day to avoid an “F” on the transcript. An official “Course Withdrawal” form must be submitted, and further assistance is available through the Professional & Online Studies office.
